No two will be the same. Your specific Style of home, Living Space & Scope of Construction needed to accomplish your project goals; are different than others. We can build a smaller Villa at 1200 sq.ft. up to the larger sizes of a Private Compound with attached aircraft hanger.

Approve your site Location and start Grading plans; Foundation work and County permitting. The Construction site once graded moves us into a Professionaly Engineered - Top Commercial Grade Steel Frame; then erected and completed to Client's specifications & needs. Our 3-Phased Project Plans have built in Milestone Markers, which require Client's Approvals, County inspections and Permits to continue moving forward to our Completion.
